A J11 is just the CPU board / chipset for the last gasp of the DEC PDP-11
family.  I think the system implementation was called the 11/85 or some
thing like that.  One board that was more or powerful than the 11/45-11/70,
at least as far as CPU power.

Pretty sure it can run RSTS though DEC was pretty much into denial and
"we sell VAXEN" by the time it came out.
